Care Diary Via Tapestry
All nurseries use Tapestry systems for monitoring children’s development and sharing information with parents. Tapestry is used to make photo and video observations of children and create their learning journeys, monitor development and identify next steps.
Parents are able to download an app and look at observations uploaded by staff, they can also upload observations from home.
